Description: As you cast this spell, you begin to channel arcane energy into the world around you, causing magical energy to surge and fluctuate in a 30-foot radius around you. Creatures within this radius, including yourself, are affected by the flux, which causes magic to become unpredictable.
Whenever a creature within this radius casts a spell or uses a magical ability, there is a 50% chance that the spell or ability will have a random effect. Roll a d10 and consult the table below:
