Anyone know if a PPI on a used 458 really checks the F1 clutch wear percentage?

I've been staring at this Rosso Corsa 2012 458 Italia online for about two weeks now and I think I'm finally ready to go see it in person over at a dealer near DIFC but I'm honestly a little terrified because I've wanted one of these since I was a teenager with a poster on my wall and I know the emotions are going to cloud my judgment the second I hear that naturally aspirated V8 screaming towards nine thousand rpm, so I'm trying to be the responsible adult version of myself and line up a proper inspection before I do anything financially reckless. My main concern with these cars isn't really the engine which seems pretty stout if it's been serviced regularly but more the F1 dual clutch transmission and specifically the clutch wear index which I've read can only be properly read with a Ferrari specific diagnostic tool like a Leonardo or a Texa that regular OBD scanners can't access, and I've also heard the magnetorheological dampers can start weeping fluid after a few years in this heat which is an expense that would genuinely ruin my year. So I guess my question is whether Ferrari Vehicle Inspection Experts Dubai will actually hook up the right software to tell me if the clutch is at thirty percent life or ninety percent life because I don't want to buy a car that feels fine today and then needs a twelve thousand dirham clutch replacement six months from now when the warning light finally decides to show up, and also do they even check the little things like the condition of the sticky interior button coating that degrades into a gooey mess in our climate or is that just considered cosmetic and not part of the mechanical report? I'm trying to go in with my eyes wide open and not end up as another cautionary tale of someone who bought the cheapest 458 in the UAE and then spent the next year watching it sit on a lift.
