Is it safe to pay someone to take HESI test? Need honest advice

Hi everyone, I’m a student and really stressed about my HESI exam. I’ve seen people online offering services where you can pay someone to take HESI test for you. Honestly, I’m confused and a bit worried. Has anyone here tried this or knows if it’s safe or legit? I don’t want to risk my future but I also feel unprepared. Any real advice or better options would really help me right now.
