QX60 battery warning popped up on the dash, should I just get it swapped before I get stranded?
So my 2017 QX60 has been cranking a little slower than usual the past few mornings and this afternoon the little yellow battery warning icon decided to make an appearance on the dash right as I was pulling into my spot in Dubai Marina and now I'm just sitting here wondering if I should proactively deal with this or wait for the inevitable day it leaves me stranded in the Carrefour parking lot with a full load of groceries. I've been googling around to see if there are any Infiniti battery replacement specialists UAE based that actually come to you because honestly I'd rather not wrestle with getting this big thing towed somewhere if I can avoid it, and I saw that BatteryZone has a whole page for Infiniti models so at least they know these cars can be a bit finicky with the electronics reset. I'm not super mechanically inclined so I'm just trying to figure out if it's a simple swap like a normal car or if there's some registration procedure or memory saver thing they need to do so my seat memory and radio presets don't get wiped out. Anyone used a mobile battery service for their QX60 or Q50 and had it done without any drama or dashboard lights going haywire after? I just want to wake up tomorrow and have the car start without any surprises.
