What's the best way to track user behavior across web and mobile?
It's definitely quite a task to gather data across web and mobile sources. I saw good results when getting customer segmentation data with a specific program. If I were in your position, I would scour until I located some promo codes Amplitude had going. You can use complex queries to get insights from the data. If you gather as much data as possible, decisions come a lot easier.

So, I'm trying to get a better handle on how users actually interact with our product, both on the web and in our mobile app. I want to track their journeys across both platforms, see what features they use most, and understand what's causing them to drop off. It's challenging! Does anyone have a system or set of tools they recommend for comprehensive user behavior analysis in this kind of cross-platform world?
